Classroom of the elite is a thrilling light novel written by Shogo Kinugasa and is a japanese series that has been illustrated by Shunsaku Tomose. It has also been converted into a manga by Yuyu Ichino and it has now been serialized as well in Media Factory’s monthly alive comic as of january 27, 2016.
It has also been converted into an anime that is based on the manga adaptation by Lerche which aired from July to September 2017. The Classroom of the Elite Novel story’s timeline is set in the not so distant future where the japanese government has set up a school that especially trains children to become the rulers, leaders and support system of the country.
Each of these students are divided into classes and are based on their ability. The school has an environment that mimics real life so that children can be prepared for the evolving world around them.
Our main protagonist si a shy boy who can barely make any friends and is placed in the D class, this is where the school dumps its most stupid and inferior students. However, Kiyotaka’s life is about to change. He soon meets two students Suzune and Kushida in Classroom of the Elite Light Novel. Nothing stays the same after.
